Total Rewards Director
Mecklenburg County is seeking a Total Rewards Director (Director) responsible for planning, designing, implementing, administering and evaluating a comprehensive Total Rewards strategy and programs for the County. Total Rewards programs include, but are not necessarily limited to: compensation plans; position classifications, insurance and savings plans for medical, dental, vision, life, disability, etc.; retirement plans and NC Retirement System participation; vacation and holidays; wellness programs; tuition assistance; health and fitness perks; professional development; and reward programs. The intent of these programs is to attract, motivate, and retain a diverse group of dedicated employees.
