Mosaic Life Care has appointed Joshua Moser as Chief Financial Officer
Mosaic Life Care, an independent, physician-led, nonprofit healthcare system serving northwest Missouri, northeast Kansas, southeast Nebraska, and southwest Iowa, has named Joshua Moser as its new Chief Financial Officer. With approximately $1 billion in net revenue, more than 4,500 employees, and over 60 clinical facilities, Mosaic is recognized as a leading regional healthcare provider committed to transforming community health through innovation, quality, and patient-centered care.
In this role, Joshua will provide strategic leadership for financial planning and treasury functions across Mosaic Life Care and its subsidiary organizations. Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, he will oversee accounting, budgeting, contracting, compliance, construction, insurance, and risk management operations while partnering closely with executive leadership to advance the system’s financial, service, quality, and safety goals. He will also play a key role in strategic planning, capital allocation, and organizational growth initiatives across the integrated delivery system.
Joshua brings more than 20 years of healthcare leadership experience across integrated health systems and academic medical centers. Most recently, he served as Regional Vice President, Finance for Ochsner LSU Health System of North Louisiana, leading financial strategy across a multi-hospital portfolio within a $4.2 billion health system. Previously, as Chief Financial Officer at Alexander T. Augusta Medical Center, he led a successful financial turnaround, delivering significant revenue growth and cost savings. He holds an MBA from the University of Georgia and is a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives (FACHE).
