Since our inception, the Healthcare Practice has been a pillar of our firm, encompassing executive search throughout the different verticals in healthcare. Our team has conducted hundreds of executive search assignments at all levels for healthcare clients, including C-suite & Vice-President searches, physician/nursing executive searches, and board leadership searches. Buffkin / Baker’s proven, tailored approach and ability to identify existing and emerging leaders for our clients, allows us to deliver outstanding, diverse slates of candidates for each executive search assignment we conduct.
