Chief Compliance Officer
Kirby Medical Center is seeking a Chief Compliance Officer to serve as a member of the senior leadership team. This executive role encompasses duties of the Corporate Compliance Officer and maintains oversight of multiple critical functions, including compliance, risk management, and human resources. The Chief Compliance Officer conducts compliance and risk management investigations, provides education to medical staff, hospital staff, and the Governing Body, and acts as a strategic resource to the administrative team, department managers, and medical staff. This role manages the administration of benefits for all facility personnel and oversees the Human Resources and Risk Management departments.
