McDonough District Hospital (MDH) has partnered with Buffkin/Baker in the search for the next Chief Executive Officer to provide leadership, direction, and administration of all aspects of the hospital to meet established objectives regarding reputation and image, quality, scope of services and technology, geographic focus, approach to competition, medical staff relations and development, employee relations and development, and financial position. The President/CEO is responsible for clearly communicating and promoting the hospital’s mission, vision, values, and strategic priorities to employees, medical staff, patients, and the community, ensuring that organizational decisions and initiatives align with and advance these guiding principles.
