Chief Physician Executive
Buffkin/Baker has partnered with St. Charles Health System to find the next Chief Physician Executive (CPE) to serve as the senior physician leader for the greater physician and advanced practice provider enterprise. Responsible for advancing clinical excellence, provider engagement, quality, safety, system-wide care delivery performance, and financial sustainability, the CPE provides strategic and operational leadership across all employed and affiliated medical staff, aligning clinical practice and service lines with care models, clinical operations, and care models with the organization’s vision, mission, values and strategic priorities.
