Children’s Hospital of the King’s Daughters hires Matthew Toomey as Vice President of Revenue Cycle
Children’s Hospital of The King’s Daughters (CHKD) has named Matthew Toomey as Vice President of Revenue Cycle.
In this position, Matthew will advance the organization’s financial performance and enhance the overall patient and family experience. In this newly created role, Matthew will lead efforts to strengthen CHKD’s revenue cycle strategy, drive operational excellence, and implement innovative approaches that support the hospital’s mission and long-term growth objectives.
Matthew brings more than 15 years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle leadership, with a proven ability to build high-performing teams, streamline complex operations, and deliver sustainable financial results. He joins CHKD from NorthBay Health, where he served as Vice President of Revenue Cycle Management, and has spent his career helping health systems elevate performance through strategic insight, collaboration, and technology-driven innovation. He holds a Doctorate of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Politics and Philosophy from The Catholic University of America.
