FullStack Labs Appoints Boris Zamyatin as Chief Financial Officer

FullStack Labs, a leader in custom software development, AI solutions, and on-demand technical talent across the U.S. and Latin America, has appointed Boris Zamyatin as Chief Financial Officer. As FullStack Labs continues to accelerate its growth and expand its global capabilities, Boris will help shape the company’s financial vision and strengthen the infrastructure needed for long-term strategic success.

As CFO, Boris will partner closely with the executive leadership team to guide the company’s financial strategy and help advance FullStack Labs’ vision and strategic priorities. He will partner closely with the CEO and executive team to support long-term planning, enhance organizational alignment, and reinforce the financial governance and visibility needed for sustainable growth.

Boris brings extensive experience leading finance organizations through periods of expansion and transformation across SaaS, technology, and services companies. He has held senior financial leadership roles, building strong financial frameworks, supporting strategic initiatives, and helping organizations navigate the complexities of high-growth environments. Most recently, he served as the CFO at ShiftMed. His leadership style emphasizes collaboration, transparency, and equipping teams with the insights needed to execute effectively.

He holds a B.S. in Finance and General Business and an MBA in Management and Finance from the University of Maryland.

Boris’s strategic mindset, operational discipline, and experience supporting rapidly scaling companies make him a strong addition to FullStack Labs as the company continues its mission to deliver innovative digital and AI solutions for clients and empower top technical talent.
