i3 Verticals Appoints Pete Panagakis as Chief Technology Officer (CTO)

Pete Panagakis has been named as the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at i3 Verticals, a software company providing solutions for Public Sector, Education, Healthcare, Nonprofit, Hospitality, Property Management and Merchant Solutions throughout the United States. Buffkin/Baker was pleased to partner with the company on this comprehensive search led by Mark Farrington, Operating Partner and Ryan Baggett, Principal.

As the senior-most technology officer, he will help lead the delivery of integrated software and payment solutions to its thousands of customers. Additionally, he will be responsible for overseeing the Company’s technology teams, including enterprise-wide software engineering, architecture, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and technology operations.

Mr. Panagakis was most recently an Executive Officer with Imperial PFS, a financial services firm in the Midwest. He has also held similar technology roles with MarksNelson, LLC, and Epiq Systems.
