VersiCare Group Appoints Megan Ray Mannino as Executive Vice President, Human Resources
VersiCare Group has appointed Megan Ray Mannino as Executive Vice President, Human Resources.
VersiCare Group, a provider of therapeutic and support services for children and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities, has named Megan Ray Mannino, PHR, as Executive Vice President, Human Resources. Founded in 1991, the organization serves more than 5,000 individuals each week through more than 20 federal, state, and local home- and community-based programs across the Midwest and Southeast.
In this role, Megan will serve as a key member of the executive leadership team, shaping and advancing the organization’s people strategy in alignment with its growth and business objectives. She will lead enterprise human resources strategy across the organization’s business units and states, with responsibility for HR operations, learning and development, recruiting, workforce planning, employee engagement, leadership development, organizational culture, and compliance.
Megan brings nearly 20 years of human resources experience across growing, multi-location organizations. Most recently, she served as Vice President of Human Resources for Greenrise Technologies, where she led the HR function and helped build the people infrastructure needed to support the company’s growth and acquisitions. Her previous leadership experience includes roles with Independent Home Care Management Solutions, Dream Hotel Group, and Kimpton Hotels and Restaurants.
She earned her bachelor’s degree from Freed-Hardeman University, holds the PHR credential, and completed a Strategic Human Resources Leadership Certificate through Cornell University.
