Winterberry Group has appointed Kit Rehberger as Associate Managing Director.
Winterberry Group is a specialized strategic growth consultancy focused on the intersecting fields of marketing, advertising, data, technology, and analytics. Since 1998, the firm has helped operators and investors identify growth opportunities, navigate market change, and create sustainable stakeholder value through its expertise in growth strategy, operational design, mergers and acquisitions, and market intelligence.
In this role, Kit will help lead the firm’s AI advisory and transformation initiatives, partnering with executive stakeholders to develop AI-enabled growth strategies, guide enterprise transformation efforts, and help clients capitalize on emerging technologies. She will play a key role in expanding Winterberry’s artificial intelligence capabilities, advancing thought leadership, supporting business development, and delivering innovative solutions across the marketing, technology, data, and analytics ecosystem.
Kit brings extensive experience in AI strategy, digital transformation, and consulting leadership. Most recently, she served as Global AI Practice Lead & Engagement Manager at Acquis Consulting, where she built and led the firm’s AI practice, helping clients develop and implement enterprise AI strategies, transformation initiatives, and innovative operating models. Previously, she held leadership roles with Slalom and C3.ai, advising organizations on artificial intelligence, machine learning, technology modernization, and business transformation. Throughout her career, she has been recognized for her ability to translate emerging technologies into practical business solutions while helping organizations accelerate growth, improve performance, and navigate change. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Physics and Economics from Columbia University.
