JumpModel x Gogh Solutions has appointed Natalie Molson as Vice President, People & Culture.

Gogh Solutions and JumpModel have joined forces, backed by Superstep Capital, to form a scaled, independent services platform focused exclusively on the growing IFS ecosystem. Headquartered in Toronto and Edmonton respectively, Gogh Solutions and JumpModel bring together deep expertise across service management and enterprise ERP transformation. Gogh Solutions is a Premier IFS Partner with more than 25 years of experience delivering field service management, asset management, and managed services solutions across multiple industries, while JumpModel is recognized for its agile, client-first approach to ERP and cloud transformation in asset-intensive sectors.
Together, under Superstep Capital, the combined platform is positioned to deliver end-to-end IFS services—from ERP and cloud implementation through long-term optimization—supporting a rapidly expanding market driven by cloud modernization and AI-enabled workflows.
In this newly created role, Natalie Molson will serve as the founding People leader for the combined organization, reporting to Executive Chairman Paulo Kaiser. She will be responsible for integrating and unifying two strong cultures, building a scalable People infrastructure, and supporting an acquisition-driven growth strategy. A key focus of her role will be leading continuous recruiting and talent development efforts for billable delivery teams, ensuring the organization can scale effectively while maintaining a strong employee experience.
Natalie Molson brings more than 20 years of experience in human resources leadership within technology and professional services environments. Within that period, she served as the People & Culture leader at Beyond Technologies, where she led the global HR function for a rapidly growing technology consulting firm, driving initiatives across talent acquisition, total rewards, organizational design, leadership development, employee engagement, and HR operations. She played a key role in supporting the company’s growth, strengthening its people practices, and partnering with senior leadership to scale the organization effectively. More recently , she held senior HR leadership roles at Vention and at Studio KRAFTON Montréal, where she helped scale the organization from early-stage growth to a thriving team while building a strong people and culture foundation.
Her experience spans the full spectrum of HR leadership, including M&A integration, workforce planning, leadership development, and building inclusive, high-performing cultures. Known for her hands-on, collaborative approach, she is well-positioned to support the organization’s rapid growth and evolving talent needs.
