Lakeside Industries has appointed Jack Holmes as Controller

Lakeside Industries, an industry-recognized leader in asphalt production, quality testing, and safe, sustainable construction, has appointed Jack Holmes as Controller. A company known for its deep commitment to safety, quality, community, environmental stewardship, and people, Lakeside continues to strengthen its finance organization to support ongoing growth and operational excellence.

Reporting to the Director of Finance and working closely with the Chief Financial Officer, Jack will be a critical member of the Finance leadership team, responsible for the accuracy and integrity of financial reporting. His focus will include audit readiness, tax compliance, day-to-day accounting operations, adherence to GAAP and internal controls, and driving efficiency across the accounting function. This role positions Jack for continued growth and expanded impact within the organization.

Jack brings more than 15 years of accounting and financial leadership experience across manufacturing, construction, and public accounting. He most recently served as Corporate Controller at Talking Rain Beverage Co., following earlier leadership roles in audit and assurance at BDO USA and Peterson Sullivan LLP. His background combines strong technical expertise with a practical, business-oriented approach to financial management.

With his disciplined leadership style, commitment to accuracy, and focus on continuous improvement, Jack will play an important role in supporting Lakeside’s mission to deliver quality asphalt products while fostering a culture built on safety, integrity, and operational excellence.
