Mosaic Life Care, a physician-led health care system innovating in patient-centered care and community wellness, has appointed Robert Ritchey as President of Pharmacy Services. Mosaic partnered with Buffkin / Baker on the executive search.

In his role as President of Pharmacy Services, Robert will provide strategic leadership and oversight for all pharmacy operations across the Mosaic system, encompassing both inpatient and outpatient services as well as hospital and retail pharmacy to support patient centered care and high-quality patient experience. He will create plans to manage new drug costs and supply chain related shortages, incorporating innovative technologies that enhance operational performance while also identifying growth opportunities. Robert will report to the company’s Chief Administrative Officer, Dr. Davin Turner.

Robert joins Mosaic from Blessing Health, where he served for a 5-year period and was their most recent Administrative Director of Pharmacy & Supply Chain. With over 20 years of pharmacy and healthcare industry experience, Robert has held leadership roles including Regional Director of Pharmacy Services at SSM Health and Director of Pharmacy at Good Samaritan Regional Health Center. Earlier in his career, he worked at Walgreens as Pharmacy Manager. Robert holds a bachelor’s degree in mathematics and computer science from Greenville University, a Bachelor of Pharmacy from the University of Health Sciences and Pharmacy in St. Louis, and an MBA from McKendree University.
