Stephanie Rich was recently named as SVP of Clinical Experience at Spiras Health, a value-based clinical provider of care-at-home services for individuals with complex, chronic needs. This announcement follows a comprehensive search led by Jen Coleman, Partner, and Ben Williams, Senior Associate. 

With over 30 years of healthcare experience, Stephanie previously served in executive leadership roles within UnitedHealthcare and most recently as Senior Vice President at Healthmap Solutions, building high performing teams to identify opportunity areas that improve access to care and clinical delivery. She brings expertise in setting strategy at all clinical levels, and an understanding of operational efficiency and effectiveness, providing care in the home at the right time and with the right modality for the best results.
