The Nashville Police + Public Safety Alliance announces Halim Genus as CEO

In this role, Halim will lead the Alliance’s overall vision, growth, and community impact, strengthening partnerships across Nashville and deepening collaboration with MNPD and the many organizations committed to public safety. A respected, community-minded leader, he brings a strong track record of building meaningful partnerships, uniting diverse stakeholders, and guiding organizations through times of change. As CEO, Halim will champion the Alliance’s mission to advance public safety through transparency, innovation, and community engagement—working to connect voices across the city, elevate effective solutions, and support initiatives that make Nashville safer for all.
