Executive search is fundamentally about people. My message to the TRIUM Global Executive MBA students, to be successful you must really like getting to know people beyond just a normal business relationship. Beyond the resume—it isn’t just their management and professional skills, but their personalities and what really inspires them. You have to be creative in matching personality, experience, and professional background not just with the skill requirements and executive responsibilities, but with the culture of the organization. What a person does outside the office is important.
