Health by Design has appointed Tanvir Mangat as Senior Vice President of Growth.

For more than two decades, Health by Design has delivered a proven, relationship-based care model through on-site clinics embedded within workplaces and communities, consistently achieving industry-leading outcomes, including a 99th percentile patient experience and 95th percentile clinical results.
In this role, Tanvir will lead enterprise-wide growth strategy and execution, partnering directly with the CEO to expand Health by Design’s reach and impact. He will be responsible for driving new revenue, advancing market presence, and positioning the organization as the premier partner for employers and organizations seeking innovative direct healthcare solutions. He will oversee sales, partnerships, and go-to-market strategy while building the systems and teams needed for sustainable, repeatable growth.
Tanvir brings deep experience in healthcare strategy, growth, and innovation. Most recently, he served in a business development role at Lore Health, where he helped scale an innovative technology platform focused on resilience and community-driven care. Previously, he was Chief Strategy and Growth Officer at Optum Health – East Region, where he led growth strategy and M&A for an $8B business unit. His background also includes leadership roles with Premise Health, CVS Health, Sinai Health System, and Walgreens, along with consulting experience advising Fortune 100 companies on growth strategy. He holds a Master of Arts in International Finance from the University of Chicago and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Trinity University.
