Beacon Health has appointed Jamie Easterling as President of Memorial Hospital of South Bend

Beacon Health System, a locally owned, not-for-profit health system,

has named Jamie Easterling as President of Memorial Hospital of South Bend, a 442-bed regional hospital and leading provider of advanced care in Indiana and Michigan.

In this role, Jamie will report to the Chief Operating Officer and lead hospital operations, ensuring delivery of high-quality, cost-effective care while advancing strategic and operational priorities.

Jamie is a senior healthcare executive with experience in healthcare operations and business development. He has a proven track record of building high-performing teams, driving operational improvements, and supporting market growth and positive culture. He brings strengths in strategic planning, problem-solving, and leadership.
