Compass Datacenters announces Patricia Park as Human Resources Business Partner

Compass Datacenters, one of Inc. Magazine’s 5000 fastest growing companies and a global leader in hyperscale data center solutions, has appointed Patricia Park as Human Resources Business Partner.

In this role, Patricia will partner with business leaders across the organization to advance HR strategy, strengthen organizational effectiveness, and enhance the employee experience. She will play a key role in fostering a culture of engagement, collaboration, and operational excellence, supporting Compass Datacenters’ mission to deliver world-class solutions while consistently empowering its workforce.

Patricia brings more than 25 years of experience in human resources leadership across multiple industries, including hospitality, retail, construction, and real estate. She joins Compass Datacenters from PHP Consulting, where she served as a Human Resources Consultant, providing strategic guidance and solutions to support organizational growth and workforce development. Known for her strategic mindset and deep understanding of people, Patricia has partnered with teams at all levels, including C-suite executives, to build high-performing, mission-driven organizations.
