Ouster has appointed Shaluinn Fullove as Chief People Officer.

Ouster (Nasdaq: OUST), a global leader in sensing and perception for Physical AI, has named Shaluinn Fullove as Chief People Officer. Headquartered in San Francisco, the company delivers a unified platform of digital lidar, AI software, and perception solutions serving industrial, robotics, automotive, and smart infrastructure markets.

Reporting to the CEO and serving on the Executive Leadership Team, Fullove will lead Ouster’s global people strategy, including talent, organizational development, culture, and HR operations. She will play a critical role in strengthening leadership capability, advancing operational excellence, and supporting the company’s continued global scale and innovation.

Fullove brings extensive experience across high-growth technology organizations. She previously served as the Chief People Officer and Operations Executive at BrightDrop, a General Motors company, where she helped drive organizational performance and scale during a period of rapid growth.

Her earlier career includes senior leadership roles at Lyft, X (Alphabet’s Moonshot Factory), Google, and Nest, where she led global people strategies and complex organizational transformations. She began her career at Google as a founding member of AdSense.

She holds a Master of Science in Management from Stanford University Graduate School of Business and a Bachelor of Arts from Stanford University.
