Buffkin / Baker Names Jackson Ross Principal
BRENTWOOD, Tenn., Sept. 20, 2021 – Buffkin / Baker, a partner-led executive search firm, is pleased to announce the addition of Jackson Ross as principal, where he will be responsible for creating value for clients in the firm’s health care, private equity, and digital transformation practices.
Ross brings more than 20 years of experience exceeding client expectations and market share growth through roles in sales management, business development, corporate accounts, and general management. Previously, he launched and operated the IT business unit for Vaso Healthcare, where he was responsible for all aspects of the business operation. Most recently, Ross was part of the leadership team and launched the U.S. operations for United Imaging Healthcare. He was instrumental in supporting staffing, finance, information security and commercial development nationwide.

Ross is a native Nashvillian and holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration in business management and marketing from the University of Mississippi. He has received multiple awards and industry recognition for his ability to architect client solutions that meet and exceed the business and financial needs of his customers.
