Beacon Health System Appoints Roshni Bag as Vice President of Oncology Service Line
Beacon Health System, a locally owned, not-for-profit health system, has named Roshni Bag as Vice President of Oncology Service Line. Headquartered in South Bend, Beacon operates eleven hospitals and more than 270 care sites across ten counties, serving more than 4,000 patients each day with a mission rooted in compassion, trust, and clinical excellence.
In this role, Roshni reports to the Chief Operating Officer and serves in a dyad partnership with the Chief of Oncology. She will provide strategic and operational leadership for oncology services across the system, supporting alignment, accountability, and consistent performance while advancing Beacon’s long-term oncology strategy.
Roshni brings broad experience leading complex clinical service lines within large, integrated health systems. Her background reflects a strong focus on operational excellence, strategic growth, and collaboration with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to improve access, quality, and patient outcomes across the continuum of care.
Roshni holds an MBA from the Johns Hopkins University Carey Business School, with specializations in Finance and Healthcare, and a Bachelor of Science (Honors) in Healthcare Management and Policy from Indiana University Bloomington, where she was a Wells Scholar. She is currently a Doctor of Public Health candidate in Global Health Leadership at the Indiana University Richard M. Fairbanks School of Public Health, with academic interests centered on patient safety, quality, and system-level health leadership.
