Bacio di Latte has appointed Douglas Fry as an Advisory Board Member.

We are pleased to congratulate Bacio di Latte on appointing its first two U.S. Advisory Board Members, Douglas Fry and Jamie Griffin, as the company continues to build its leadership infrastructure to support future growth.

Bacio di Latte, a premium Brazilian gelato concept with a growing company-owned retail footprint in the United States, has named Douglas Fry to its Advisory Board. The company currently operates approximately 21 U.S. locations and continues to expand while remaining committed to exceptional quality, guest experience, and operational excellence.

Douglas Fry brings more than two decades of leadership experience in restaurant, hospitality, and consumer businesses. Most recently, he served as President, North America for Subway, where he led a $12 billion business spanning more than 22,000 restaurants. He also held senior leadership roles with McDonald’s Canada and currently serves as Founder and Principal of Avery Harrison Associates, advising hospitality and consumer brands on growth, operational scaling, and organizational transformation.

His deep expertise in multi-unit operations, governance, organizational design, and growth strategy will help support Bacio di Latte as it continues to scale its U.S. business.
