We are pleased to congratulate Bacio di Latte on appointing its first two U.S. Advisory Board Members, Jamie Griffin and Douglas Fry, as the company continues to build its leadership infrastructure to support future growth.
Bacio di Latte, a premium Brazilian gelato concept with a growing company-owned retail footprint in the United States, has named Jamie Griffin to its Advisory Board. The company currently operates approximately 21 U.S. locations and continues to expand while remaining committed to exceptional quality, guest experience, and operational excellence.
As an Advisory Board Member, Jamie Griffin will provide strategic guidance on people, HR, and labor strategy, helping the organization strengthen its people practices, support a growing multi-unit workforce, and prepare for continued expansion into new markets.
Jamie Griffin is an accomplished people and culture executive with more than 23 years of experience building and scaling human resources strategies in multi-unit, multi-state environments. He currently serves as Chief People Officer for Shake Shack, partnering with executive leadership and the board to advance a people-first strategy across approximately 400 company-operated locations and 14,000 team members. Previously, he founded and led Consult to Grow, advising restaurant and hospitality organizations on operational improvement, talent strategy, leadership development, and organizational effectiveness. Earlier in his career, he spent more than 13 years with Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers, helping guide the company’s growth from nine locations to more than 300 restaurants and 10,000 employees.
His extensive expertise in talent management, employee engagement, leadership development, HR compliance, and organizational scaling will help support Bacio di Latte as the company continues its growth across the U.S. market.
