Palmetto Infusion has appointed Nikki Hudson as Senior Vice President, Payor Relations.

Founded in 1999, Palmetto Infusion is a leading provider of ambulatory and home infusion services with more than 50 locations throughout the Southeast. The organization is dedicated to improving people’s lives by restoring health and hope through compassionate, cost-effective, and clinically advanced care.

As Senior Vice President, Payor Relations, Nikki will lead enterprise payer strategy across commercial, Medicare Advantage, Medicaid managed care, and government payors. She will serve as the organization’s primary executive liaison for payer partnerships, contract negotiations, and reimbursement strategy while working closely with leadership to support continued growth and operational performance.

Nikki brings more than two decades of experience leading managed care contracting, payer relations, reimbursement optimization, and revenue cycle initiatives across physician groups, specialty healthcare organizations, and value-based care environments. Most recently, she served as Director of Payor Relations at EmergeOrtho, where she directed managed care strategies for more than 700 providers across 60 locations and two ambulatory surgery centers. Throughout her career, she has successfully negotiated complex commercial and Medicaid agreements, expanded value-based care programs, and implemented strategies that have driven meaningful reimbursement improvements and operational efficiencies.

Before EmergeOrtho, Nikki held senior leadership roles at Thriveworks, Veritas Collaborative, and Carolina Advanced Health, building a reputation as a collaborative healthcare leader with deep expertise in contracting strategy, payer partnerships, and organizational growth. She holds a Master of Health Administration from the Medical University of South Carolina and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Furman University.
