James Avery Artisan Jewelry appoints Telisha Yosten as Plant Manager

James Avery Artisan Jewelry, a heritage brand known for its handcrafted designs and deep-rooted commitment to craftsmanship, integrity, and community, has appointed Telisha Yosten as Plant Manager for its largest manufacturing operation.

In this role, Telisha will oversee all aspects of plant operations, including safety, quality, production scheduling, staffing, budget performance, and continuous improvement. She will lead and develop the plant’s leadership team, strengthen operational excellence, and champion initiatives that enhance efficiency, collaboration, and employee engagement.

Telisha brings more than a decade of manufacturing leadership experience, including plant management roles at All Weather Insulated Panels, Comprehensive Logistics, and SAF-HOLLAND, along with operational leadership positions at Stanley Black & Decker and PACCAR. She has a strong background in Lean manufacturing, multi-shift operations, talent development, and driving measurable improvements across safety, quality, and productivity.

With her hands-on leadership and commitment to continuous improvement, Telisha will play a key role in supporting James Avery’s mission to deliver meaningful, handcrafted products and foster a workplace grounded in creativity, quality, and teamwork.
