Lakeside Industries has appointed Arnaud Chabenat as Chief Financial Officer.

Lakeside Industries, an industry-recognized leader in asphalt production, quality testing, and safe, sustainable construction, has appointed Arnaud Chabenat as Chief Financial Officer. A company known for its deep commitment to safety, quality, community, environmental stewardship, and people, Lakeside is entering an important stage of growth and modernization, one Arnaud will help shape through thoughtful, operationally grounded financial leadership.

In this role, Arnaud will oversee all finance and IT functions, strengthen internal systems and reporting, and partner closely with leaders across the company to support budgeting, forecasting, job costing, and long-term capital planning. He will also build and develop a restructured finance team and guide the financial strategy needed to support Lakeside’s evolving operations. 

Arnaud brings twenty-five years of global financial leadership experience, including over a decade as Vice President & CFO of Simon Contractors, as well as senior finance roles at Barrett Paving Materials, Southwest Iron Works, Reeves Construction, and multiple subsidiaries of Colas Group across the U.S., Canada, and France. His background spans corporate finance, operational restructuring, acquisition analysis, financial consolidations, and multi-division leadership in construction and materials businesses.

With his hands-on approach, strong industry experience, and commitment to operational excellence, Arnaud will be instrumental in advancing Lakeside’s mission to deliver high-quality asphalt products and foster a culture of safety, inclusion, integrity, and continuous improvement.
